La nuova gamma Captain Cook Bronze presenta orologi ispirati ai pezzi originali Rado degli anni '50 e '60. Il bronzo è un materiale bello e accattivante, particolarmente attraente se contrastato con gli accenti verdi, blu e marroni dei nostri orologi Captain Cook.
A differenza dei materiali high-tech, il bronzo cambia nel tempo e sviluppa una patina che lo rende unico per chi lo indossa. A seconda delle abitudini di chi lo indossa e del clima in cui vive, il bronzo può diventare leggermente più scuro o molto più scuro. In entrambi i casi, ogni pezzo sarà davvero unico.
Questa qualità unica piacerà fortemente ad alcuni indossatori ma non ad altri.
Un'ulteriore caratteristica degli orologi in bronzo Captain Cook è uno strato molto sottile (3 micron) di placcatura in oro 23 carati. Questo è progettato per evitare la patinatura tra il momento in cui l'orologio viene prodotto e il momento in cui raggiunge il polso del cliente. Questa placcatura scomparirà nel tempo e inizierà ad apparire il colore unico per chi lo indossa.
In rari casi, gli orologi in bronzo che entrano ripetutamente in contatto con l'acqua possono sviluppare un aspetto verdastro. In tal caso, l'orologio può essere pulito presso un centro assistenza Rado.
